Bug Description

I have a screenshot. (No uploads?) Basically, I have to re-start X (CTRL+ALT+BKSP) To get it to clear up. It happens even more in Xubuntu... Parts of the screen are inverted in color. Especially text areas: Text entry boxes, Icon labels, the panels, etc.. Sometimes when it first boots it is like that too. No clue what is causing that.
