Notification email useless when adding a expire date to a membership

Bug Description

When we add a membership expire date, the email we get is:

Hello,

The status of Joe User membership on team "foo" (Foo)
was changed from Approved to Approved.

The change was made by Bar User and the comment for it was:

    Leaving the team

We should note that the change is the expire date because the membership didn't change (yet).
