Indeed UTF-8 console font?

Bug Description

Binary package hint: console-data

Does anyone know really UTF-8 console font, which display this file correctly (http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/~mgk25/ucs/e...TF-8-demo.txt)? Or is it a problem of charsets (locales)?

Both the console font should be a UTF-8 font and locale should be a UTF-8 locale.

Try changing font with "dpkg-reconfigure console-setup"

a) the link to the .txt file is broken; you should always attach related files to bug reports to avoid problems like this!
b) the console is always unicode
