Bug Description
Binary package hint: indicator-messages
The other indicators seem to work fine - it is just the messaging menu.
The effect: I see I have a message from someone, I go to the menu. Menu button appears selected. The menu is not showing. Clicking on it does nothing.
To fix (as a user): click on another indicator seems to bring it back to life.
To reproduce: I can't reliably but it has happened a few times. Twice with Evan as a witness!

I had the same issue a few days ago, but I had this with the first indicator (bug #755436 - no matter what it was - weather indicator, radiotray, or bluetooth indicator). Was the messaging menu the first indicator in the indicator area?
