Bug Description
To get this bug, use Sony Vaio PCG-R600HMPD running kubuntu edgy (Dapper was OK).
Symptoms:-
select Kmenu - logout- "end current session" or "shutdown" does not shut down or end session. Sometimes it works the second time the command is selected.
No workarounds known.

is this still a problem with gutsy? This was a bug for a while, but got fixed in a later release (i think).
Please reopen this if it is still a problem.
