Thank you for your bug, that's known upstream: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=356356 and fixed with the new version just uploaded to feisty:

 gnome-keyring-manager (2.17.0-0ubuntu1) feisty; urgency=low
 .
   * New upstream version
   * debian/patches/01_relibtoolise.patch:
     - updated
