Bug Description

Binary package hint: gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg

There are debug symbols packages available for various of the other gstreamer packages, but not for gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg. Given that the vast range of media files out there tend to result in a large quantity of bugs being found in any system trying to handle many of the formats, being able to point users towards a -dbg package to install to try and help get a better stacktrace in order to debug the problem is a very useful thing.

Is there a version of gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg-dbgsym for edgy? Only this came up in regards to a bug (http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=386909) that's popping up on an edgy system, and I wanted to be able to tell the user
