Bug Description

network-manager-gnome is missing a dependency on libnm-glib-vpn1, without which nm-applet fails to start up.

$ nm-applet
nm-applet: error while loading shared libraries: libnm-glib-vpn.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
$ ldd /usr/bin/nm-applet | grep 'not found'
 libnm-glib-vpn.so.1 => not found

The package also FTBFS because it’s missing a build dependency on libnm-glib-vpn-dev.

configure: error: Package requirements (dbus-glib-1 >= 0.74
   glib-2.0 >= 2.16
   NetworkManager >= 0.8.3.995
   libnm-glib >= 0.8.3.995
   libnm-util >= 0.8.3.995
   libnm-glib-vpn >= 0.8.3.995
   gtk+-2.0 >= 2.14
   gmodule-export-2.0
   gconf-2.0
   gnome-keyring-1
   libnotify >= 0.4.3) were not met:

No package 'libnm-glib-vpn' found

network-manager-applet was last built against 0.8.4~git.20110319t175609.d14809b-0ubuntu1, before the libnm-glib2/libnm-glib-vpn1 split in -0ubuntu2 (bug 745769).
