'Select/Deselect All' buttons remain shown while going through tests but only apply to selection view

Bug Description
As can be seen in the attached screenshot, the test case view in Checkbox is still showing the 'Select All'/'Deselect All' buttons that belong to the test selection view. These shouldn't appear - just the previous and next ones.
This is in Oneiric.
