Bug Description

YAD (Yet Another Dialog) allows you to display GTK+ dialog boxes from command line or shell scripts.

It's a fork of Zenity with many improvements, such as custom buttons, additional dialogs, pop-up menu in notification icon and more.

Notes: YAD depends on GTK+ only. Minimal GTK+ version is 2.16.0.

It's 2014 and this still isn't included in the official repos? It's pretty much a must have -- it is vastly superior to the outdated zenity.

Looking at the publishing history [1], it looks like https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/yad has been available in Ubuntu since 15.10. :)
