Bug Description

Ostinato is an open-source, cross-platform network packet crafter/traffic generator and analyzer with a friendly GUI. Craft and send packets of several streams with different protocols at different rates.

The current set of packaging files for Ubuntu are available here -

Looking at the publishing history [1], it looks like https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ostinato has been available in Ubuntu since 13.10. :)
