Open wifi not available during installation

Bug Description

Testing the 11.04 alpha 3 image, I was not given an option to connect to a wifi network. Moving the mouse to the top of the screen didn't cause the menu to come out either. Attached is a photo of how it looked like.

If you boot into the live cd environment does it allow you to select the wifi?

Also is it 11.10 alpha 3?

That was in alpha3. The latest daily build fared better now.
