Bug Description
IBM Thinkpad T20 hangs (ie doesn't poweroff) on poweroff or shutdown from 6.10 live cd or 6.10 hd install

This still happens in Gutsy and acpi=force fixes it.
Laptop IBM T20 Pentium 3 700Mhz 512 Ram.
