The top panel is sometimes visible when the screen is locked. The title of the active window is displayed.

Not only the top panel but the Unity launcher on the left hand side is also visible if I lock my screen. It's not possible to click on the launcher icons or the application indicators but still, anyone can see what programs are running.

We've seen this as well on Precise.

I can reproduce this behaviour today every time. Is there anything I can do to debug this?
I think this bug is a duplicate of #729590.
