If multiple package dependency errors have the same version, only one is reported in AptFacade.perform_changes()

Bug Description

AptFacade.perform_changes() needs to take care to include the Package object when comparing which versions need to be installed additionally. For example, if you install foo 1.0, which requires bar 1.0, no dependency error will be raised, since 1.0 == 1.0.
