apache2 should bring in apache2-mpm-prefork by default

Bug Description

Binary package hint: apache2

Installing the apache2 package currently bring in the apache2-mpm-worker package by default. I think installing the apache2-mpm-prefork package would be a safer choice, as using the worker MPM could be problematic in some scenario.

Thanks for your suggestion. Can you please give an example of an error that reproducable occurs when using worker by default? As far as I know all packages that need the prefork model force its usage. Thanks in advance.
