Bug Description

Collateral to bug 896631, it is now possible to drag the applications from dash onto gnome-session-properties. It should be possible to drag them from the launcher as well.

As part of the big bug review for 16.04 LTS I have tested this on 15.10 and the bug is still there. I think this is a feature request rather than a bug.
