Thank you for your bug report.

Didier you looked at the compiz,g-c-c keybindings integration before, are you interested to have a look to this one during the cycle?

I'm not quite sure i understand what your asking in the first part there. However to be honest, i believe that i don't really know enough to be able to be a big help here at the moment unfortunately. I am willing to learn, and help where ever i can tho. My main problem is finding a place to start. So to answer your question accurately, i am interested, however i don't see myself as being a big help here at the moment, so i will have to sit this one out.
Sorry.

Sorry Dylan, I subscribed Didier Roche (who is working in the Ubuntu Desktop Team) to the bug and the comment starting with "Didier..." was for him, not for you ;-)

This should be doable as unity enable to override the alt + key above tab, I'll have a look to get that into precise.

Bug #898087 is also about compiz<=>g-c-c keybindings integration, so these two should be fixed together.

Is this not related (or actually a duplicate?) of bug 774514 ? It seems to be impossible to change this keybinding through keyboard settings because unity actually hijacks it?
