software update change descriptions not available for libnspr4 and libnss3

Bug Description
the "software updates" program (activated by clicking on the little orange box in the panel when updates are available) does not provide any description for the latest updates to libnspr4 or libnss3. in the text box where the change description would appear, it says:
The list of changes is not available yet.
Please try again later.
it has been doing this for several days now. other packages have since been made available, and they had change descriptions, just not these two. I don't really want to install these updates without knowing what they fix. if the tool is going to provide information about what problems an update fixes, it should _always_ provide this information.
