Bug Description

I shut down the computer with synergys running (via quicksynergy). When I rebooted, soon after logging in, it crashed and apport offered me the opportunity to report this bug. The laptop that was to the right of this desktop machine is still suspended, and therefore this end cannot reach it.

Ubuntu 12.04, didn't notice this issue at all prior to upgrading (was working fine 11.10 at least as near as I could tell).

Among other things attempts to use 'alt-tab' seem to trigger this segfault.

I'm still getting a crash after upgrading to synergy 1.4.8 beta. I backed out to the 10.04 version of synergy.

A colleague of mine upgraded and saw an improvement on his system.I had a go at upgrading but the Ubuntu 32bit package from http://synergy-foss.org/download/ threw up a bunch of 'bad package' errors so I gave up.
This is very frustrating!

Also occurs in 12.10 Alpha3. Desktop Ubuntu Synergy server seems to crash when the laptop with the Synergy client is suspended.
