Can't add package profile before package information is updated

If you try to add a package profile on a client that uses Apt, you will get an error: Package data not yet synchronized with
                server

This is because we add the binaries to the local repository, but we don't tell Apt to refetch the Packages file and update the package information, so the facade doesn't know about the package profile packages.
