Bug Description

Just downloaded epiphany 1.4.4 from Hoary and noticed that the toolbar buttons
won't obey gnome preferences such that the "text" underneath the icons go away.
Nor can you change the option from within epiphany via preferences, or the
"toolbar" customizer.

This is due to a know gconf problem. For the moment you need to restart the
gnome-settings-daemon
when you are in this situation (killall gnome-settings-daemon or restart GNOME).
