Spurious (I'm pretty sure) but regular ZEO failures

Bug Description

A cople of the ZEO "timeout" tests are failing consistently
for me. I suspect that this is because the machines I'm running them on are too fast.

I'll try to fix these if I can be sure of what they are testing. Otherwise I'm inclined to change the release test options to avoid running the ZEO tests, which would not be
great.

This is not spurious.

The server is disconnecting as expected, but the client
isn't detecting that it's disconnected. This is another case
of the problem that Dieter reported a while ago that
clients aren't detecting that their disconnected.

Fixing this will require implementing a heartbeat.
