Caffeine 2.8.2 released

This release fixes some minor bugs in 2.8, and a major bug inadvertently introduced in the short-lived 2.8.1 (caffeine-indicator was broken).
Caffeine 2.8 has been found to work on all major Ubuntu 14.04 variants: Ubuntu, Kubuntu, Xubuntu, Lubuntu and Ubuntu GNOME.
