Comment 1 for bug 1558296

The doc comes from docs/intro.md and it could either

 - link to https://developer.ubuntu.com/en/snappy/guides/meta/ which now explains what's in the meta/ directory or
 - we could just drop the link

I'd prefer the latter because it would make the reading flow for a new snappy user a lot easier. No distraction, take one step after the other without getting confused by all the individual options there might be.
