Check http://www.remastersys.klikit-linux.com, here is what I did (not tested the iso yet):
clean install (I did it in virtualbox, but that's optional)
added "deb http://www.remastersys.klikit-linux.com/repository remastersys/" to my /etc/apt/sources.list
apt-get update
apt-get install remastersys
apt-get install network-manager-vpnc
apt-get clean
remastersys dist
done!
