Fixes attached bugs. A few other notes:
This is a complete overhaul of the registration process using now just MPRIS.
Blacklist support is in place.
Therefore clients who follow the instructions in the spec re blacklisting will be able to dynamically control whether or not they are to be visible in the menu.
Playlists have landed (icons for each playlist are broken right now, fixing this in the dbumenuitem with ted in Dallas next week)
