Comment 42 for bug 855030

I am sorry but I was a dork and forgot to remove the carrot directive from nova.conf. When I remove that, the same problem easily happens. I really don't know what to suggest at this point but this is a real bug still there. I was again using two nodes, both running compute, with euca-run-instances creating 16 at a time.
