Comment 52 for bug 855030

Hi, this issue happend to me too, when I added my first compute-node to a devstack-install. There was no way to spin up a vm, with random disconnects/errors from rabbit and glance. Turned out I just exceeded the quota for RAM set in horizon, perhaps some meaningful error-message should be created ;-)
