The NUnit Project Editor is a standalone editor for NUnit projects.

Historically, the NUnit project editing function has been incorporated in the Forms-based test runner, nunit.exe. This makes editing of NUnit projects somewhat inconvenient for those not using the Gui and complicates the Gui code unnecessarily. The NUnit project editor will run standalone to allow editing of projects outside the Gui environment. The Gui will be subsequently modified to use the new standalone editor and will recognize changes to the project by simply watching the file.

Once the first version is released, we will begin work on enhancing the editor to incorporate an xml view in addition to the existing forms view.
