Verified passed.

Test steps:
1. install a focal, upgrade the whole os, on the target machine.
2. turned on proposed.
3. sudo ubuntu-drivers install
4. sudo reboot
5. sudo apt update
6. sudo apt upgrade

It does install the bootstrap meta oem-somerville-warcraft-intel-meta (20.04~ubuntu1) automatically.
After step 6, oem-somerville-meta and oem-somerville-warcraft-intel-meta (20.04ubuntu5) installed automatically.
