ConcurrentLogHandler 0.8.5 released

Written for Concurrent Log Handler for Python by Lowell Alleman on 2013-07-04

ConcurrentLogHandler now supports Python 3! Version 0.8.5 fixes the "ValueError: I/O operation on closed file" exception which was caused by a bug in the release() function. This release also includes updated versions of ez_setup and portalocker.
