The keyboard malfunction reported in the above posts concerning the PowerBook was due to having activated SlowKeys by holding down Shift for more than 8s.
Suggest that the SlowKeys activation dialog should be placed above all other windows on the current desktop, and in any case should not be inhibiting keypress events from the keyboard.
