"Selecting packages" dialogue issues

Bug Description
1. The text immediately below the progress bar is "Wait while building package's list". This should be "Building packages list", or at least "Wait while building packages list".
2. The dialogue title is APTonCD, but the primary text is "Selecting Packages..." The GNOME HIG states [1] that both the title and the primary text in a progress dialogue should be the same.
3. The dialogue hasn't got a window icon, it should be the same as APTonCD's one.

This patch fixes the grammatical issues mentioned, and some others. The window icon is not fixed with this patch, as I don't know how to do that.
