Yup, my hunch was right -- I updated texinfo to the latest Debian and this built
fine.
Have uploaded a new version with appropriate build-depends, elmo's worked his
magic to sync texinfo (our change was to run automake & autoconf which Debian
have done too now) so this should build now.
