  * Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
    - debian/apt-cacher-ng.logrotate:
      Comment out the "su" lines as this requires logrotate 3.8.1 which isn't
      in Ubuntu yet.
    - drop conflict on logrotate < 3.8.1
