Sorry, I may have been unclear.

That is exactly what we what we wanted. A copy of /var/log/syslog from the USB key after boot BEFORE the restricted modules are installed AND another one AFTER.

We want to see the errors and the problems you are experiencing directly from the system's "point of view."
