BTW if you do get the problem where you have only manual partition options, there's two possible explanations:
1. An existing partition has a swap on it. Ubuntu has a "feature" where it automounts them.
2. The partition is somehow mounted, which can happen if you've run Cala and then cancelled it.
Either way, `swapoff` and `umount`, respectively, are your friends. Make sure to do it while Cala is not open.
