After various attempts involving trying to load various '*ldr' things directly,
the following is all that is needed:

  title IBM Rescue and Recovery
  chainloader (hd0,1)+1

A dos-based "PC-Doctor" program can also be loaded with:

  title IBM Rescue PC-Doctor
  root (hd0,1)
  chainloader (hd0,1)/bootsect.dos
