  * Merge from debian unstable. Remaining Ubuntu changes:
   - debian/control{.in}:
    + Remove un-needed scrollkeeper build-dep.
    + Require Python 2.5+
   - debian/watch: Look for unstable versions.
   - debian/copyright: Updated e-mail address for upstream author.
   - debian/deskbar-applet.preinst: Updated upgrade version.
   - debian/patches/01_fix_python_interpreter.patch:
    + Use "/usr/bin/python" rather than "env python".
   - debian/patches/90_aclocal+autoconf+automake.patch:
    + Run autotools update.

  * Fix FTBFS and really finish evolution ABI transition. (LP: #615564)
   - debian/{control,rules}: No longer build debug package. Requires
     python-gnome2-extras-dbg which was dropped for maverick in
     gnome-python-extras 2.25.3-5ubuntu1.
  * Drop debian/patches/05_fix_python_m4_macros.patch, only needed for
    debug package.
  * Refresh debian/patches/90_aclocal+autoconf+automake.patch
