Confirmed here, I cannot send mail to my coworker.
this is what I receive when I try to send a message to myself or any coworker:

from: <email address hidden> <email address hidden>
Reply-to: "<email address hidden>" <<email address hidden>

this is the address resolved by the plugin:

IMCEAEX-_O=FIRST+20ORGANIZATION_OU<email address hidden>

I use Exchange 2007
