This bug still persists in 1.5.0.6 on a windows XP machine with SP2 and Dual monitors.

Reproduction:
1. Open FF
2. move to second monitor and maximize the window
3. browse
4. close FF
5. open FF agian, it will pop up maximized on the first monitor.
