Comment 13 for bug 60631

I run this as en_GB, and also see the issue. So it is likely that any non-US locale has this problem. Maybe a testing/release plan needs to be amended to make sure it at least starts up in other locales.

Could something like that be automated? I would be thinking of a script to set the locale, start Firefox with a URL passed in, ensure it hits a particular page on a server that was set up, then close FF (not sure how to script closing gracefully - any thoughts?), then do it all again on the next locale.
