I confirm this behaviour.

My firefox (spanish translation with the extensions "adblock filterset.G updater", "adblock plus" and "flashblock") also ocasionally goes to the top of the page when clicking a link. So far I haven't experienced the same with epiphany, although I have used it for a couple of minutes.

BTW: Can the affected package be chaged to "firefox"?
