The thing that makes Modal Dialog so powerfull is the fact it is extremely
user friendly in a web application. You protect the user from clicking away
any tasks displayed in the dialog, and it makes web application so much more
powerfull and user centric.

Enabling the popup blocker for Modal Dialog effectively prevents any miss use
of the functionality.
