Correct me if I am wrong: those instructions are for getting a backtrace when Firefox crashes. In this case Firefox does not crash, only the flash pugin crashes. Will those steps be useful in this case as well?

I haven't found a sequence of steps that systematically triggers the crash 100% of the times. However any of the following will ALMOST always make the plugin crash:
A) 1. open www.youtube.com
2. add some videos to the queue
3. play the queue
4. wait for the first video to finish (or skip to near to the end)
=> when the following video loads, the plugin will probably crash
or
B) 1. open www.youtube.com and play any video
2. switch to fullscreen mode
3. exit fullscreen mode
=> crash
The latter seems to happen especially if you exit fullscreen when the video is buffering, but this may be only my impression
