fltk1.1 1.1.10-29ubuntu1 source package in Ubuntu

Changelog

fltk1.1 (1.1.10-29ubuntu1) hirsute; urgency=medium

  * Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
    - Remove override_dh_installchangelogs because Ubuntu doesn't
install changelogs by default, and the logic causes an FTBFS.
