* Merge from debian unstable. Remaining changes:
- debian/galan.desktop:
+ Add desktop file
- debian/rules:
+ Install desktop file
+ Don't copy system config files (to reduce delta)

+ Add libjack0 to the Depends, as an alternative.
+ Change libjack recommends to be the same as the shlibs depends given
when building against j-a-c-k. This is rather messy, and should
be cleaned up properly at some point in the future.
+ Add ${misc:Depends} to satisfy lintian warning.
- Droped change, applied in Debian:
+ Explicitly build-depend on libjack-dev, as we want the package to be
built against libjack from j-a-c-k, not jackd2.
