It happens for me independent of the commandline options:

$ g++-4.1 -c -o test.o bug.ii
/home/simon/src/kde/kdelibs/phonon/objectdescription.cpp: In member function ‘Phonon::ObjectDescription<T>& Phonon::ObjectDescription<T>::operator=(const Phonon::ObjectDescription<T>&)’:
/home/simon/src/kde/kdelibs/phonon/objectdescription.cpp:54: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault
