I can resolve ipv6 addresses too (but cannot access ipv6 websites) but I'm still affected by this bug.

Disabling ipv6 in firefox (about:config, set network.dns.disableIPv6) fixes the issue (in firefox) for me (pages load visibly faster). Can others here test it?
